such action to be tried accordingly and thereupon the Plaintiff shall lodge the original Writ and the Order with the Clerk- of the Court of Summary Jurisdiction who, subject to the order of the Judge of the said Court shall appoint a Day for the hearing of the Cance - Notice whereof

sent by the said Clerk to both Parties or their Atternies, and the Cause and att Proceedings therein shall be heard and taken in the Court

of Summary Jurisdiction as if the Action had been originally

commenced therein and the Cisto
